Smokey Cheesy Patties



Ingredients: 200 gms boneless chicken 
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 chilli flakes 
1/2 white pepper powder (optional only if you wish spicy you can add it)
3 tbsp mayo 
1 pack Chicken 65 masala (chings) 
1 Capsicum chopped 
1 onion chopped 

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic salt oregano chilli flakes mayo and chings masala and refrigate for about 1 hour i kept it 5 hours.

Heat oil and butter in a pan add marinated chicken once chicken is cooked half add onion and capsicum when chicken is cooked and water dried then give it a smoke of lighten charcoal.

For dough : 2 cups maida 
1 tbsp oil 
1 tsp baking powder 
Salt 
Knead it well and rest it. 

Assembling : make a thin chapati of the dough and put chicken filling in between now top it with cheese slice or grated cheese or mozeralla if you wish fold all the corners make like square now heat oil on a tawa or a pan put that on it shallow fry it serve hot and enjoy spicy and tasty box patties
