Chicken Chilli Khabsa Rice
Ingredients for Chicken marination : 500 gms boneless chicken
2 tbsp maida
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Blackpepper powder
1 Egg white
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Mix well and marinate for 30 mins deep fry for 8 to 10 mins
Ingredients for Chicken Chilli Gravy : heat 1 tbsp oil add 2 tbsp garlic chopped ,
1 tbsp ginger chopped , 2 green chillies whole if you wish to eat spicy. 1 small onion petals , 1 capsicum roughly chopped.
In a bowl take water about how much you want gravy add 2 tsp green chilli sauce, 2 tsp red chilli sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce , 1 tsp vinegar , 2 tbsp cornflour mix well keep a side before gravy preprations, now add this sauce mix in pan bring it to boil add 1/2 tsp black pepper, add salt to taste. Light up a charcoal and smoke gravy add in fried chicken piece garnish it with spring onion greens.
To make rice : 2 cups basmati rice soak it for 2 hours and boil it with salt keep it seprate. 6 red chillies boil them in hot water for 5-10 min blend them into fine paste. Heat oil 1 to 2 tbsp in a kadai in with you wish to make rice 1 tbsp garlic in that oil 1 small onion sliced and 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp green chilli sauce 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp vinegar 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and boiled rice now mix it well and add spring onion greens.
Assembling: first put rice on a serving plate chicken pieces and gravy boiled and sliced eggs tomato roundels onion roundels cucumber slices.
