Chicken Bun
Boiled and Shredded chicken 1 cup
Mozzeralla Cheese and chedder cheese 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Green chili 2 chopped
Ginger garlic paste or chopped 1 tbsp
1 mid onion chopped
Method :Heat oil add onion sautè and green chillies, ginger garlic , Add boiled and shredded chicken now add blackpepper, salt, oregano, chilli flakes mix well and lastly add cheese. Stuffing is ready.
Dough:
Maida sifted 2 Cups, Sugar 1 & ½ tsp, Instant yeast 2 & ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Egg 1, Milk 1/4 Cup, Lukewarm water 1/4 Cup, as required Maida sifted 1 Cup, Cooking oil 1 tbs, Egg beaten 1, Sesame seeds top it
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,sugar,instant yeast,salt and mix well.
Add egg and mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead well.
Gradually add all-purpose flour and knead until dough is formed.
Add cooking oil and knead again.
Grease dough with oil,cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until double in size (warm place).
Knead dough again,spinkle flour and knead until smooth.
Grease hand with oil,take a small dough,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
In the center of the dough,add chicken filling,press and seal all edges.
On baking tray,spinkle flour and place prepared buns (makes 8-10).
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
With the help of the brush,apply egg on prepared buns and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes.
